All orders are on a 3-5 business days processing time before delivery. weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Processing times are not included in the delivery time.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. We ship Monday through friday, excluding weekends and U.S. Holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

USPS Priority shipping is a low flat rate of $10. We use USPS on all orders placed within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, internationally or to military bases at this time. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays due to the carrier. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for an extra cost.


How long does shipping take?

2-3 DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME. We ask to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. We highly recommend that you do not make hair appointments dependent upon delivery time of your order.


How can I track my order?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us  if you have not received your order after delivery time has passed. 


Can my shipping address be changed?

Address changes cannot be made after placing your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. Please be sure to double check the address you have entered as we cannot be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If you entered the incorrect address, please contact us immediately so that it may be cancelled. If the order is returned to us "undeliverable", we can then ship it to the correct address. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.


I think my shipment is lost, what do I do?

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately and we will contact USPS right away to initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent. If the package was delivered and stolen or damaged through no fault of USPS, we are not responsible for these unfortunate circumstances.


Can I cancel my order?

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. If you decide to cancel your order, please email us immediately.


Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment, please check back soon.


What about weekends and holidays?

Processing time for orders placed on the weekend or national US Holidays will not begin until the following business day. We are also closed on the following dates:

December 22th- January 3rd

March 13th-14th

June 31st-July 5th

August 14th -16th

Thanksgiving Eve and the following Friday.

If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales and/or special events. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner, USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, holidays do not count as a business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time.
