Each bundle of hair has been cared for and inspected to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please email us immediately and we would be happy to provide return information on hair extensions that have not been opened or worn and are returned to us in it’s original packaging and condition. 

All returns of House of Textures Hair Extensions must be pre-authorized.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds on products. You have three (3) days from delivery date to request a return. Returns are then issued store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your return if you receive a product that is defective or if you received the incorrect order. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are, in fact, defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on sample sale items or if you process or damage the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc.).


Why are Hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly before untying or removing tags. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for return. Inspect the color, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. We reserve the right to determine if the hair has been tampered with.


How do I make an exchange or return?

Follow these steps for a return or exchange:

  1. First, email us with a brief description of why you why you’d like to return or exchange your item and attach photos. Do not send back the product until you receive a response from us. We will then provide you with Return Authorization Form via email for your return.

  2. Package the product and invoice properly for shipping. The sales invoice must be included with your return. Not including the invoice or your order number will result in a delayed refund or exchange, as we will not be able to track your transaction and payment information.

  3. All returns must be sent back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the package. House of Textures cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

  4. After we receive your package, allow up to seven (7) business days for your store credit to be processed. Credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email address provided.

All House of Textures extensions must be shipped back in its original packaging and contents or a return/exchange will not be accepted and the package will be mailed back to you with no store credit offered.


Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes. If you are returning any items for any other reason than you receiving the incorrect order, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Your order must be shipped back via an insured or trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.


When will I receive my Credit?

Credits will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving your returned item. Credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email address provided.
